School of Sorrow

Last night after Dave came home, Nate sat next to his dad, put his arm around him, and said these sweet words: "I'm sorry about your friend."

I do not like being camped out in the valley, but I love that my son has learned what to say. Good job, Nate.

Sounds like Nate gets an A+ in the school of life! Sorry he has had to have such a crash course, though! Love y'all!!! Please tell Dave I am sorry to hear about his friend and am praying for all involved!

So sorry to hear of the death of Dave's friend. So glad that Nate is learning how to feel and express emotion. So much sorrow for your family.
